Et Al. can take on responsibility for all or parts of the development process for a fee. This could include, but is not limited to, project vision and strategy alignment, identification and assembly of development team, site selection, proforma development, due diligence and acquisition tasks, entitlements, economic incentives exploration, overall development project management.

Et Al. can also act as the Owner’s Representative, taking on all responsibilities of the owner in their absence during the development process. Et Al. would act as the owner and maintain ongoing communication and reporting to the owner to keep them apprised of the project.

Et Al. can provide input on any requested elements in the development process. This includes input on concept and design, site analysis and selection, review of costs, assistance with entitlements, etc. This service works best for those taking an active role in a development project but who would like professional, objective advice on certain things on an as-needed basis.
