The Louis* was a 70-unit multifamily building developed in Minnesota's only certified EcoDistrict, The Towerside Innovation District. The project involved collaborating with neighboring property owners to implement a community-wide stormwater system, as well as a cohesive streetscape in the area.

Project Highlights:

Engaged a local interiors firm, as well as local artists, to create a welcoming environment for residents through artwork and well-designed common spaces.
